It's a bullet shaped float that measures 4 1/4 inches in length.

Probably made in Sweden.

All points of this stamp are showing with one symbol in each quadrant of the seal.

Green seal seems to be more frequent with this maker's mark.

There's also a small inclusion.

The green seal measures 1 7/8 inches across at its widest.
