Uncommon to find WP #234 ‘Heaven Mark’ on a 12 inch float.

The mark is stamped on the seal button not on a separate ID Seal.

I've never seen a float like this before on eBay or Facebook.

This float has excellent provenance having been purchased from Ken Busse.

Ken told me a funny story about how this float was found "up a creek" on the Columbia river far away the ocean.  How it got away from its owner and in this creek is a mystery.  Maybe a victim of a flood?
