Amazing WP #116 'TO in a Diamond' float with a cinnamon colored seal and nubbin.
The diamond in TO stamp is a square-like shape. The T is the version that has the small extra cross bar on the bottom and the two flaired bars on the top cross bar.
There are fine amber green swirls that spiral in the base of this float, too.
The circumference is 11 inches or about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
