This mark appears to be similar to WP #249.

When I got this float in 2012 it was a rare find.  Now, many of these have turned up in Hawai'i and flooded the market.  This is a great example of how an unknown 'rare' expensive mark can quickly turn into common cheap mark.

This float measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
