Extremely rare spindle with a loop.   The loop is clearly visible at the bottom of the picture. 

This is a complete free standing spindle from top to bottom.  It's a little hard to photograph because it's a fine spindle that's hair thin in the middle.

Truly a one-of-a-kind float.
