Bold stamp of a Backwards "S" maker's mark WP #181-A. This seems to be a rare mark.
There's a light green color to the seal with tons of bubbles.
Lots of swirls in the glass, too.
Looks like an older float to me.
Found on Hokkaido Island, Japan.
