The WP #351 mark ㋑ is the Katakana letter "I" that has been encircled.
It has been classified as an uncommon mark in Walt Pich's Marks book.
Beachcombed on Kunashir Island, Russia. Kunashir is one of the Kurile Islands located just north of Japan.
Tiny Torvald float was produced by Torvald Stranne in Smögen Sweden.
This float is a nice deep red color.

Here's a 3 inch float stamped with mark WP #61 which is similar 'Naka 中 Under a Roof'.
Found in northern Japan.
This float has excellent provenance having come from the ex-Col. Rich Richardson collection.
An excellent example of a Double Ball float. In this case, the Inner Ball is about 1 1/2 inches wide.
This double ball float is unusual because there is a double seal that completely seals off the inner ball.
The float itself measures 5 inches in diameter.

The Cobalt Blue Seal on the 3 1/4 inch float is about 1 3/8 wide. Finding blue dots on this size float is unusual.
There are also fine blue swirls that spiral thought this float.
It has a partial stamp of WP #81 which is the number "2".
There is a considerable amount of net pattern frosting on the surface of this float, too.
This float has excellent provenance. It was beachcombed in the Aleutian Islands by Paul Umlauf.
This Tohoku roller has an unusual shape that may have happened as a result on being under-blown during the manufacturing process.
It has an almost clear color with a slight green tint.
This roller measures about 6 inches in length.
