Clear and distinct stamp of WP #282 Maru U; an encircled ㋒ symbol.
Nice example of this old and uncommon maker's mark.
This float has excellent provenance having come from the ex-Col. Rich Richardson
Perfect stamp of maker's mark WP #273 Maru Ki キ.
This mark is stamped on a 2 1/4 inch float.
It's classified as uncommon.
It has excellent provenance having come from the ex-Col. Rich Richardson collection.
This float is stamped with maker's mark WP #49; which is the symbol 'Go' 合.
It's also sometimes referred to as a "TID" mark by beachcombers which is WP #20. According to Walt Pich in his definitive book 'Glass Ball Marks', these TID floats are partial or mis-stamps of the WP #49 sealing iron.
Another interesting aspect of this mark is that the roof is a 'Flying Roof'. By that, I mean there's an extension that goes up to the left beyond the peak of the roof.
This example also has great provenance having come from the ex-Rich Richardson collection.
Rare Mini Sausage that is clear in color.
This mini sausage measures 3 1/2 inches long by 1 7/8 inches wide, compared to a standard sausage that's 4 inches by 2 1/2 inches.
It's probably quite old.
Has excellent provenance having come from the ex-Col. Rich Richardson collection.
Nice stamp of WP #11 Kawaguchi or 'Rivermouth' maker's mark on this 5 inch float.

Measures 8 1/2 inches around or 2 3/4 inches wide.
Amazing large Double Bubble inside float.
The inner ball is at least 1 1/2 inches wide on this 4 1/4 inch float.
Double balls are quite rare, especially when the inner ball is this enormous.
This is a modern float made directly by Saiichiro Asahara, a 4th generation Asahara float maker. He produces glass floats with all the original molds and methods of his ancestors.
Saiichiro made this 6 inch glass float at his factory in the city of Otaru on Hokkaido Island, Japan.
Although the Asahara Glass Company didn't traditionally use maker's mark when they were producing glass floats for commercial fishing industry; Saiichiro now uses his own a maker's mark.
It's distinctive box shaped stamp with the symbol Asai 浅 inside which means shallow. I'm assuming the mark is 'Seihoke Asai'.
These 'authentic modern' floats are not seen listed on eBay very often.
Love these 7 inch marked floats. Great size for displaying.
This one has WP #7-A Maru Se ㋝ or 'Otaru T' maker's mark. Perfect stamp.
