Appears to be maker's mark WP #370. The symbol looks like the katakana character 'Nu' ヌ above 'Ichi' 一 (a line underneath).
The symbol 'Nu' ヌ is rendered with nicely flaired script.
In Walt Pich's field guide, he observed that this mark has only been identified on tiny 1 1/2 inch floats. This float measures about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, so this float must be quite rare.
It also has a good tight net.
Nice clear and complete stamp of WP #54 'Ten' 天 which means sky or heaven. The stamp is large and show all points. It's one of the roof series of marks.
This float measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter and is completely frosted.
Beachcombed on Kunashir Island, Russia. Kunashir is one of the four major islands in the Kurile Islands just north of Japan.

I was told by Walt Pich that is TO float was one of the finest he'd ever seen. It was his personal favorite out of my TO collection.
This float measures 3 inches in diameter.

The TO stamp is the largest version. The diamond is a 1 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches tall.
The lettering of the "TO" is also large. Each letter is almost 1/2 inch tall. The letters basic style without any accents.
Large WP #116 'TO in a Diamond' float that's a whopping 5 1/4 inches in diameter.
This is the only known example of a TO float in the 5 1/4 inch size. Truly an incredible one-of-a-kind TO float.
It's has a near perfect mark.
The TO stamp is the version that has the square-shaped diamond. The lettering has the accents that include a small cross bar at the bottom of the 'T' and short bars that extend down from the ends of the top cross bar of the 'T'.

The body of the float is a pinkish cranberry color.
The seal button is a cranberry or orangish-brown color with swirls that emanate from the seal and spiral throughout the float.

Authentic WP #116 'TO in a Diamond' that's an unusual Green-Gray color with a yellowish cast.
The seal button on this TO float is quite thick and a great honey amber gold color.
The glass ball was a working float that shows signs of very heavy use.
The stamp has been worn down quite a bit. The diamond is clearly visible but the TO can only be seen on very close inspection.
There are swirls on the surface of the glass.
This float is just slightly out-of-round; mainly in the base.

It is extremely rare to find a TO float that has this dark of a shade of purple.
The TO stamp is clear and complete. It is the standard version of the stamp with basic lettering and an elongated diamond shape.

There's frosting on about half of the float and lots of bubbles in the glass. This float is a bit squished; being that it is wider than it is tall.
This is float is one of three known examples of a TO float with a Blue Seal.
The second was found in 2020 in a long ago abandoned pre-WWII garbage dump in a remote location on Kunashir Island, Russia.
A third Blue Dot TO float was found in 2022 by an avid collector in Perth Western Australia.
