Beautiful Amber Gold colored float that's stamped with WP #109. This mark is comprised of a star with the symbol that means 'Master' 生 inside.
The float is very old and completely frosted.
Beachcombed on Kunashir Island, Russia. Kunashir is one of the Kurile Islands just north of Japan.

It also has a wonderful old sisal net that really adds to the visual appeal.
Mark WP #356 is typically found on 3 1/2 floats so this float is pretty rare. It's one of three 5 inch WP #356 marks sold by eBay vendor Ogkyo in 2018.

Beautiful intricate mark WP #287 'Yukan' 勇 'Maru' 丸 which are vertically stacked. These symbols roughly translate to mean brave ships.
There are only five of the these marks known to exist in collections.

It measures 3 inches in diameter which makes it only one of two floats in collections that's this size. The only other WP #188 is a standard blue-green 4 inch glass ball.
Truly a great collector's float.
WP #305 is a 'Sa' サ series mark. There are two symbols that create this mark.
The first symbol is the standard 'Sa' サ character with a hash line underneath.
The second symbol is three lines inside of a rectangle. The three lines could be the symbol for river 川 and the rectangle could be the symbol for mouth 口. Of course, this is just a guess.
